Service Description
Take your completed floral package to its forever home! Upon pickup, client will sign a certificate of approval. Due to customization and proofing process, no returns, exchanges, refunds, or alterations can be made to/for your order. (If you are looking to set up a COURIER pickup, please select a “courier request” appointment.)
Cancellation Policy
For cancelations, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. You can also reschedule via the booking system. We now require a $50 nonrefundable booking fee for floral preservation dropoffs. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, the fee will not be refunded or applied to your order. If you attend your scheduled appointment, the fee will be applied to your order. Total deposit is 150+tax at dropoff; the $50 would get refunded from your booking fee purchase.
